OneCampus is a product of Hills, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to this website (www.onecampus.space), the OneCampus app (app.onecampus.space and the OneCampus Android app) and courses bought in it. By using OneCampus or buying a course you agree to them.

The service

• OneCampus is school management software. Schools use it to run attendance, exams, fees, communication and more for their students, parents and staff.
• Accounts are created by your school. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your login. Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Your school decides what information it keeps about you in OneCampus. How we handle it is explained in our privacy policy.

Courses

• OneCampus offers online courses inside the app. Each course page shows what is included, the price and how long you can use it (lifetime, or a set number of days) before you pay.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Payment is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed (see our delivery policy). A parent can buy a course for their child.
• Courses are for your own personal learning. Please don't copy, share, resell or publish course videos, notes or exams.
• Courses with an exam give a certificate when you pass. Anyone can check a certificate is genuine at app.onecampus.space/verify.
• Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use OneCampus to break the law, harass anyone, post content that isn't yours to share, try to get into accounts or data you aren't allowed to see, or disrupt the service. We or your school may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep OneCampus running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with internet or hosting providers.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
