This policy explains how OneCampus handles information on this website (www.onecampus.space) and in the OneCampus school app (app.onecampus.space). A school that uses OneCampus decides what information it records about its students, parents and staff; OneCampus stores and processes that information on the school's behalf.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no account or sign-up. The demo request form does not send anything to our servers: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

Information in the school app

• What is stored: the records a school enters, such as student and staff details, classes, attendance, marks, fees, notices, posts and uploaded files, plus login details for each user.
• Who can see it: only people the school gives a login to, limited by their role (admin, principal, teacher, student or parent). Each school's data is kept in its own separate database space.
• What we use it for: only to run the service for the school. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

• The app and its database run on servers in Mumbai, India. All connections use HTTPS.
• Encrypted backups are kept in a separate data centre so that data can be recovered after a failure. Backups are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
• Passwords are stored in hashed form, never in plain text.
• Optional AI features send the text a user asks about to an AI provider to generate an answer, with data-sharing for model training switched off.

Payments

Course payments in the app are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details go straight to Razorpay; OneCampus never sees or stores them. We keep a record of each purchase (course, amount, date and payment reference) to give you access and handle questions. School fee payments go to the school's own Razorpay account.

How long it is kept

School records are kept for as long as the school uses OneCampus, or until the school deletes them. When a school stops using OneCampus, its data is deleted on request, and remaining backup copies expire on their normal schedule.

To see, correct or delete information about you or your child, contact your school first: the school controls its records in OneCampus. You can also contact us at our contact page.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
